Mar 03, 2020  It basically plays the role of a DLNA Media Controller (DMC) letting you stream video to smart TV from Mac via DLNA/UPnP and control the playback. Additionally to being a good DLNA player for Mac, Elmedia Player PRO is a universal downloader for saving various movies, videos, and audio files from YouTube, Dailymotion, Vevo and many more. Media:connect is an app that does not claim to be feature rich but instead presents itself to be a simple DLNA/UPnP app.

My Terminal doesn't launch at all. I tried to delete it, but it seems to be impossible, because it is not considered as an application( or I don't know how to do).- boris-ch solution: I can't test it. And when I open a mail by double-click, it opens a grey window, and 2 secondes later, the app crashes.Anyone has an idea? Thanks for your help. Microsoft apps not responding. Same little white flash on the screen and nothing happens.Furthermore, Mail has a malfunction: it opens and shows me the mails, but when I click on a mail, there is no preview in the right side, only a grey background. When I click, only a white little flash on the screen, and then nothing.- Tried the Carolyn Samit solution: Eveything is well configurated.- Little Snitch or Growl: I have Growl, but never used it (I don't know really why I put it.).

I have a machine running OS X Server that host my iTunes, iPhoto and other media all over the house - but now I have started building a library of better-than-cd quality (24bit/96khz FLAC mainly) files, which iTunes can not play and I need another solution for my stereo system then.
Have been looking at the Denon DNP-720AE which looks to be a good choice, trouble is that to take advantage of the higher resolution audio I would need to stream it as DLNA - and my Mac don't do that..
How to resolve this, how to stream DLNA from a Mac?
