I did email their support people but needless to say, I have heard nothing back. I have also downloaded the Clip Browser software from the UK site, but can find no mention of the Transport Plug-in. Bye the way, the Clip Browser software claims to allow you to convert the MP4 clips for use in an NLE system - it ain't Mac compatible! It's obviously PC software with a Mac(ish) UI. - Be warned, XDCAM EX is a real pain.
