The photo Project extensions can convert the book, so you can order print products. But the formatting may change and you cannot save the a PDF of a book. To save and archive your books, formatted as they are now, to be printed by other print services, create a PDF preview of the book (Preview a print project in Photos or iPhoto to avoid issues - Apple Support).
